All confirmed pet product orders will undergo internal quality inspection, sorting and sealed packaging within 1–3 business days after order confirmation. Weekends and official United States public holidays do not count towards the processing cycle.
During peak shopping seasons or periods of explosive order growth, order preparation progress may be moderately delayed. Our team will proactively send email reminders to customers once obvious delays occur, ensuring buyers grasp the latest order dynamics in a timely manner.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Logistics fees are calculated according to the actual weight, volume and delivery area of ordered products. The exact shipping expense will be automatically calculated and fully displayed on the checkout page before payment confirmation.
Our standard shipping cycle covers 7 to 15 business days. The actual arrival time is for reference only and will be affected by various uncontrollable factors, including courier operation delays, international customs clearance progress, extreme weather fluctuations, regional logistics restrictions and holiday traffic surges.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
After our cooperative logistics carrier picks up your parcel and completes outbound delivery, you will receive an official shipment confirmation email, which carries your exclusive order tracking number and logistics inquiry entry.
The carrier system requires 24–48 hours for data synchronization and status update after shipment. If your tracking link fails to display valid transit information after the synchronization window, you can contact our customer service team for manual verification and troubleshooting.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers shall take full responsibility for carefully checking and confirming the validity and completeness of receiving address, zip code and recipient information during order submission.
Holly Wolf will not bear any liability for parcel loss, delivery failure or goods return caused by wrong, missing or inaccurate address information provided by users. All parcels returned due to address errors need buyers to bear independent reshipping costs for secondary delivery services.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your parcel has no effective logistics updates for a long time and is judged to be lost during transit, please initiate a claim application to us within 7 days after the expected delivery date. We will cooperate with the logistics provider to carry out a comprehensive investigation and give a formal handling result based on verification facts.
If your pet products are squeezed, scratched, broken or functionally defective due to violent logistics handling, please get in touch with our support team within 24 hours after signing for the package. You need to provide complete real photos of damaged products, original outer packaging and shipping labels. Our team will verify the situation quickly and solve the problem through replacement, refund and other reasonable methods.
6. Apparel Care and Usage Notice
All pet clothing and wearable pet accessories are attached with targeted care guidelines, which are formulated according to product material characteristics and pet daily activity scenarios to ensure safe and durable use.
We do not undertake after-sales liability for product damage, fading, deformation or performance degradation caused by users’ irregular cleaning, improper drying, private cutting modification and non-standard daily use. Customers shall follow official product instructions for daily maintenance.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
Cross-border international orders may generate additional costs such as import tariffs, customs clearance fees and local tax fees in accordance with the policies of the destination country. All extra expenses incurred during customs clearance are borne solely by the recipient and not included in product prices and basic shipping fees.
It is the customer’s obligation to understand the local import access rules and pet product restriction policies of the destination country. We will not compensate for package detention, seizure or forced return caused by non-compliance with local customs regulations, and all related risks shall be borne by the buyer.
